Our Services

a. Perimetry; It is used to assess visual field which is necessary for glaucoma diagnosis, monitoring and essential part of neurological assessment

b. Ocular B-scan ( Ultrasound): In the situation that media is opaque, ocular ultrasound is on the ground to assess back of the eye for blood, retinal detachment, foreign body, and others.

C. OCT – Optical Coherence Tomography: With the advancement in science and technology, and creation of wonderful machine like optical coherence tomography, we are able to assess and detect blinding ocular condition like glaucoma, diabetic macular edema, and other earlier than usual. Early detection is essential to avoid blindness.

D. Biometry: It is used to calculate artificial lens power needed to replace the natural lens, It is an essential test before cataract extraction in order to better unaided vision.

E, Gonioscopy: With this, we are able to look at the angle of the eye to determine the type of glaucoma and appropriate management. Which may be open or close.

F, Pachymetry; It measures cornea thickness, which is a condition for measuring eye pressure.

G. Autorefractor-Keratometry: It helps in determining appropriate glasses for each patient.

H. Tonometry: It measures eye pressure. High pressure can knock off eye before patients know.

I. Laser: Diode, yellow and Yag laser is available to improve our patient’s vision.

J. Phaco Machine: It offers removal of cataract through a small cut, the machine liquefies cataract and suck it out. Some patients call it laser.

K. Vitrectomy machine: It is used in retinal detachment surgery.
